Utilising Problems on the Spiritual Path - a Tibetan Buddhist Approach
Remember that sometimes not getting what you want is a wonderful stroke of luck – The Dalai Lama
We all face problems, big and small – it’s an inevitable part of human life. The question is: how do we choose to respond to them? The Tibetan Buddhist tradition of thought transformation proposes that through changing our attitude to the problems, difficulties and disappointments of daily life, they can gradually become sources of strength, insight and personal growth, leading to a happier and more peaceful life both for ourselves and for the people around us.
The day will include presentations, discussions, Q&A and simple contemplative practices, and is suitable for people of any faith or none.
