Many of us struggle with the speed & busyness of our everyday lives. The ‘Time Out’ Quiet Day is a wonderful opportunity to take a pause from all the busyness & stress of our current times & sink ourselves into the calm & beauty of The Ammerdown Centre. Take some time out to re-centre yourself in God, in nature & in ‘unforced rhythms of grace’ that Jesus promised all who were feeling weary or burned out. The day will involve an opportunity for some guided reflections on the theme of taking time out, prayers in our chapel, walks in the grounds of Ammerdown & neighbouring forest trails, & time for group and individual reflection.
