Join us for a day of reflection through the lens of the seasons and flowers. You are invited to reflect through poetry, prayer (or journaling) and contemplative walks, as well as an opportunity to go foraging and create your own small floral design to take home with you. Flower materials and lunch are included. Bring your own favourite vase or pot for your design.
