Course Information: 

These days are especially designed for those who care for those who care for a loved one or a friend to come to Ammerdown and enjoy a day of restoration and relaxation.

The day starts at 10am with tea or coffee on arrival. At 11am there will be a choice of activities to take part in. The gong for lunch will sound at 12:30pm and you will enjoy a delicious home cooked two course meal. At 2pm the second set of activities begins. The day ends at 3pm but not before you've enjoyed a delicious slice of cake.

Each Refreshing Day for Carers will have two optional activities for you to enjoy. This may include Tai Chi, Yoga, Singing, Drumming or a craft workshop.
