Join us for a nourishing Drumming for Wellness day – a joyful blend of drumming, sound, and musical creativity to support your well-being. You’ll have the opportunity to play drums and sound healing instruments, connect with others through rhythm, and let your cares melt away during a deeply restful Sound Bath. Expect to leave feeling uplifted, grounded, and profoundly relaxed. No previous experience is needed – and you don’t need to be “musical” to take part. Just bring your curiosity and an open heart, and get ready for all the joy that’s waiting for you.

Course Leader Information:

Jo Coomber  is a talented and dedicated music practitioner who use utilises her wealth of knowledge and skills to improve the health and wellbeing of others within her community. She has organised and facilitated retreats at Ammerdown since 2015. 

Alongside running “Beat Surfing“ drum sessions and Sound Bath sessions in Wells, Somerset, Jo also co-directs Sounds Joyful CIC which offers community music sessions for people living with long term health issues.
