Join us for a nourishing Drumming for Wellness day – a joyful blend of drumming, sound, and musical creativity to support your wellbeing. You’ll have the opportunity to play drums and sound healing instruments, connect with others through rhythm, and let your cares melt away during a deeply restful Sound Bath. Expect to leave feeling uplifted, grounded, and profoundly relaxed. No previous experience is needed – and you don’t need to be “musical” to take part.
