Course Information:
In an age of increasing polarisation & violence in our world, many of us feel in despair about what we can do other than ‘fight or flight’. This residential course invites you to join us in exploring nonviolence – both as a spiritual practice which can provide the roots to nourish us in such times, but also as a way to help transform our world to be more just, peaceful, & loving.
We will take an interactive approach & provide input, resources, group work & individual reflection time as well as opportunity for worship, & walks in the forest adjoining the centre.
This course is ideal for faith leaders, community activists & those seeking to deepen & broaden their faith-based approach to life & social justice.
Note, for those booking the residential course who have previously undertaken the introductory session, there will be a small discount. Please let us know when booking.
