Course Information:

A beginner's introduction to bread making!

Learn how to hand knead to make your own focaccia and mini sourdough rolls. Together we will explore traditional shapes, glazes and flours. Midway through the session, we will break for refreshments and a taste testing of your fresh mini sourdough rolls with a selection of prepared dips and dressings.

Each person will be able to take home their own goodie bag of recipes and their own focaccia plus sourdough starter pack. Hollie is also happy for participants to contact her after the course for further advice and guidance.

Please bring an apron everything else will be provided.

Course Leader Information:

Hollie is a professionally trained chef with a passion for British and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine and, of course, bread!

Hollie has 20 years of experience in the culinary industry ranging from restaurants and hotels to gastro pubs and bakeries- Hollie now works as a private chef in the Cotswolds and Somerset, offering a bespoke service catering for private parties and get togethers.
