Those who care for others need to be cared for themselves. Join us for a relaxing day at Ammerdown including a two course cooked lunch and gentle activities. Please arrive by 10am, day ends at 3pm. This month we have drumming with Eliza, a sound Bath with Michele and craft with Tina.
