Course Information:  These days are specially designed for those caring for a loved one, offering a chance to relax & restore at Ammerdown. The day begins at 10am with tea or coffee on arrival, followed by a choice of activities at 11am.

After a delicious home-cooked two-course lunch at 12:30pm, a second set of activities starts at 2pm. The day finishes at 3pm, with tea & a slice of cake before you leave.

Each Refreshing Day for Carers includes a choice of two optional activities, which may include Tai Chi, Yoga, Singing, Drumming or a craft workshop.
