Grief and loss are part of the human condition. Yet many of us struggle to cope with the profound personal and spiritual crises that loss and grief bring into our lives, the mental and emotional turmoil that we experience, or how our lives will never be the same again. The workshop provides a safe space for anyone who wants to explore how grief and loss have impacted their life journey and to understand the lessons they teach us. It will also explore how feelings and emotions can become trapped in the body and discover ways to gently release them. Sue worked as a psychotherapist specialising in loss, grief and trauma. She has an MA in the Rhetoric and Rituals ofDeath and is the author of The D-Word:Talking About Dying.
