2008 DAY COURSE PROGRAMME

In addition to residential courses, we run day and evening courses and also regular events for local people in the community.  These include the TLC club for senior citizens which meets once a month (except for August).  New members are always welcome.  We will also run regular ‘Refreshing Days for Carers’, in order to give hard-pressed carers a break.

All our day courses are outlined below, beginning with our regular days. Scroll down through the year, or click on 'regular days' or the month you are interested in. For more information please contact us at the Ammerdown Centre.

ECUMENICAL STUDY FELLOWSHIP DAYS AND WEEKEND

The Ecumenical Study Fellowship is an independent group from different Christian traditions who explore their faith together. It has a long-standing association with the Ammerdown Centre as the two organisations were set up more or less at the same time, in the early seventies, within the same spirit of interfaith dialogue and openness to others. Ammerdown and ESF (formerly known as the Ecumenical Teaching Order) established a close partnership from the very beginning, with Ammerdown hosting many of ESF events over the years and contributing to the programme.

In 2008 there will be ESF events at Ammerdown on 29 March, 19 April, 7 June, 26 to 27 September and 15 November. All Ammerdown supporters are welcome, but bookings are handled by ESF itself.

For further details please contact Peter Jarvis on 01747 826623.
